We use PostHog (PostHog, Inc., 2261 Market Street #4008, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA) for product analytics — tracking page views, clicks, and session behaviour to understand how the site is used and to improve it. PostHog processes this data on our behalf as a data processor under GDPR Article 28. No personally identifiable information (name, email, payment data) is sent to PostHog. Your email address is shared exclusively with our secure transactional email provider for the automated delivery of your purchased game. No other third parties receive your personal data.

We use strictly necessary cookies for the functioning of the shopping cart and checkout process. We also use PostHog analytics cookies to collect anonymised data about how visitors interact with the site (pages visited, clicks, session duration). Prekucaj.com sends two categories of email:

• Transactional emails — order confirmations, digital delivery, and restock notifications for a specific game you opted into. These are sent only in direct response to your actions on the site.
• Commercial emails (newsletter) — promotional messages about new deals and discounts. These are sent only to users who explicitly checked the “Notify me about new deals” box. Every such email contains a one-click unsubscribe link.
